Q: Are the roses real?
A: Yes! Our entire line of roses are real.


Q: How do you get the roses to last a whole year?
A: We use a solution of glycerin and other natural elements to substitute the sap and a specific color pigmentation process to preserve the beautiful color and freshness of the roses.


Q: Can I design my own arrangement?
A: Yes! We have a variety colors of roses for you to choose from, as well as two different colors and shapes of boxes, along with 7 different sizes. If you need any help designing your own special arrangement, our team will be happy to assist in creating your own lovely arrangement. Please give us a call or send an e-mail.
 

Q: Can I take the flowers out of the box?
A: No. We do not recommend taking the roses out of their original box. They have been secured and have been meticulously placed in the box, and are extremely happy there. By removing the roses you will most likely damage them and completely ruin the arrangement.


Q: What kind of care do the flowers need?
A: Little to none! Unlike normal roses which require constant watering and grooming of wilted petals, our roses maintain their freshness and longevity for up to one year with no efforts.

All you need to do is keep the roses away from direct sunlight and at room temperature. Not too cold or too hot. Your stylish arrangement will retain it's elegance an entire year.


Q: What is your return policy?
A: Unfortunately, because each arrangement is designed specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns. However, if your flowers are damaged during transport we will replace them. If you would like to cancel an order, you can do so up to one day before the shipping date. Q: Can I schedule a delivery to a specific time and date?
A:
You can choose the exact date you wish for your arrangement to be delivered during the ordering process. The specific time of delivery is highly dependent on the courier and what the most optimal route for an area might be. As such, we are unable to guarantee a specific delivery time. Specific delivery dates are unavailable for international orders.
